The hot summers and mild winters of St. George Utah can be both a blessing and a curse when it comes to gardening. We do the work of planting and caring for your flower bed and container gardens so you don’t have to. We know what to plant, where, and how to care for it to have beautiful color and interest in your landscape all year long. We design and plant live floral arrangements in ground beds and containers, as well as incorporate color into the landscape with carefully placed perennial flowers and flowering shrubbery. The self-watering pot. Cheer’s Flower Gardens has developed a self- watering apparatus that can be custom made to fit almost any planting container. This provides a storage water source and wicking action that gives a continuous supply of water to the flowers after the irrigation water shuts off. It allows plants to grow bigger and last longer throughout the hot summer months. With this hydration system in place, our live flower arrangements grow bigger, bloom more profusely and live longer. We can install this into your existing pots or provide you with new pots.
Fine Gardening: Fine gardening is the art of caring for flowers, trees, and shrubbery to the specific needs of each plant variety. We provide specialty garden services for those who wish for a more discriminating approach to the landscape needs of their estate. We will prune and care for roses and other select specimen plants. Often, commonly used landscape shrubs have beautiful flowers that are regularly cut off by hedge trimmers. Care is taken to preserve the flowering time of each species. Certain shrubs do not hedge well and are best pruned by selective cutting. Our technicians are excited about gardening and will love caring for your plants.
Arborist Service: During the month of February we partner with Art of Pruning, Certified Arborist, to provide excellent arborist services for your prized roses, shrubs, fruit trees and specimen plants.
We provide fine gardening services on a time and material basis, according to the needs and priority of the customer.
